At Organic Candle Company, we understand how important it is that your orders arrive promptly.
To this end, the following information is provided for your reference regarding our shipping methods and procedures.

SHIPPING METHOD

United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS are our current shipping providers for all shipments by OrganicCandleCompany.com
Most shipments
are deliver with in 3 to 5 business days, If you need faster delivery of your order, please send us an email
with your request to: info@OrganicCandleCompany.com, so we can make arrangements
to your order.
We can then use UPS Express Shipping ( 2days,3days,etc).
Shipment charges for Express Shipping are much higher than the regular shipping.


FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $ 79.99
You will automatically receive free shipping on orders over $79.99, you need to select regular shipping charges
this special does not qualified for orders with shipping address in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Master card and Pay pal.  No personal checks or money orders are accepted.

DELIVERY TIME

All in-stock orders are usually shipped within three to five (2-5) days depending on our workload.
However, if there is a backorder, it may take up to two (2) weeks.
Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible.  

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you decide to cancel your order, please send an email request for cancellation
of an order and include your name and phone number to info@OrganicCandleCompany.com
within 24 hours. We will make an attempt to cancel an order upon each request.
Cancellation will not be possible if the package is already in transit.
We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped already.
Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges or any restocking fees
from applying to any refund allowed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return items follow the following instructions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check all packages for accuracy of contents
within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. If you decide to return your order, please send an email to
info@OrganicCandleCompany.com. If there is a missing item in the contents of the package,
please contact  us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt to file a claim for the missing goods.

Returns will be accepted only within fourteen (14) days following receipt of shipment.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from confirmed date of receipt.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition
with the original packaging intact and include the original packing slip.  

Organic Candle Company will issue credit upon approval of returned merchandise.
Returned item must be physically received to qualify for the refund.
